DZ filter press established in Shanghai in 2004, is a professional filter press manufacturing enterprise. Meanwhile, we can provide our customers with complete solution for filter engineering. The main products provided by Dazhang Group include plate and frame filter press, chamber filter press, membrane filter press, belt filter press, stainless steel filter etc. The filter press we provided can be used for solid-liquid separation in the following fields: mine, metallurgy, sewage treatment, chemical engineering, pharmacy, sugar industry, food industry, coal washing, oil production, printing and dyeing, brewing industry, ceramic industry etc. Up to now, Dazhang Group filter press has been exported to 1/3 countries in the world which means 39 countries and regions such as Hungary, the United Kingdom, Poland, Peru, Egypt, Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, India, Sri Lanka, Russia etc.

History
February 2004, we started on the R&D and manufacturing of filter press.
2006, the filter press production line and the belt filter press production line have been put into use.
August 2008, various filter press produced by our company was applied to national key environmental protection project.
March 2009, the polypropylene filter plate and membrane filter plate developed by Dazhang Group were put into production.
2009, filter press of Dazhang Group was successively introduced by Volkswagen German, Unilever and some other Global 500.
January 2011, we improved our production system according to ISO9001 to realize scale production. In that year, we had obtained the production capability of 3000 membrane filter press and 200 belt filter press per year.
October 2012, we introduced high pressure injection molded filter plate production line, thus improving the production and processing ability of membrane filter plate.
August 2013, Dazhang Group successfully developed processing-free enclosed square polypropylene filter plate and then got the patent, breaking the Europe monopoly in Chinese market. In the same year, our products entered European market.
2013, 1000-square-meter filter press independently and successfully developed by Dazhang Group was put into use in Vietnam.
2014, we got 9 utility model patents and 1 invention patent.
May 2015, we established long-term research partnership with Zhengzhou University, focusing on the development of polypropylene filter plate which is high-end filter plate internationally.
June 2016, we introduced intelligent production line from German Klinkau Gmb+Co.. We had the third market share of filter press in China.

R&D team
Dazhang Group has two provincial R&D centers. Most core members have been engaged in design, development and management of filter press from early phase in China. They have accomplished development of several utility models and got a number of patents.

Zhu Junqing, male, 63 years old, is an electric automation engineer graduated from Henan University, China, majoring in electrical automation. He has been engaged in filtering industry for 40 years. He is dedicated, professional and serious. He can solve the technical problems in filtering for various customers.

Zhang Yongan, male, 72 years old, is a mechanical engineer graduated from Xuchang University, majoring in mechanical automation. He has been engaged in filtering industry for 50 years so that he is quite experienced and can offer complete solution of filtering technique for various customers. He has offered complete solution of filtering process for Furen Pharmaceutical Group Industry, China National Nuclear Corporation, Unilever, Volkswagen German and some other Global 500.
