Product description
The membrane filter press realizes high efficient dehydration, ensures the best filtering effect and greatly reduces moisture content in filter cake. After the feeding process, by carrying out filter cake pressing, the dehydration efficiency of membrane filter press and the dryness of the filter cake can be increased, the pollution and labor cost can be reduced, the drying process can even be saved in some process.

Product application

Product features
The membrane filter press has the following features:
1. It adopts low pressure filtering and high pressure pressing to greatly shorten the whole filtration cycle.
2. It adopts TPE elastomer of which the maximum press pressure can be up to 2.5Mpa. Thus, it can greatly reduce the moisture content, save the cost of drying and improve yield.
3. It can reduce the consumption of operating power, because in the later period of filtering, the flow is little and the pressure is high.
4. The filtering finished filter cake will be pressed for the second time by membrane filter press. This can increase the density of the filter cake, squeeze out part of the liquid moisture and increase the dryness.
5. The membrane filter plate is produced by highly processed rubber or PPE elastomer with high intensity, high press pressure and firmness to work for hundreds and thousands of times.
