Product description
The automatic membrane filter press can realize automatic filter cake unloading on the basis of original functions. It can realize forced filter cake unloading by automatic shock discharging device. Meanwhile, the belt conveyor which is used for filter cake transport starts up. The whole process is fully automatic so that there is no need of manual work.

Product features
The automatic membrane filter press has the following features:
1. It adopts low pressure filtering and high pressure pressing to greatly shorten the whole filtration cycle.
2. It adopts TPE elastomer of which the maximum press pressure can be up to 2.5Mpa. Thus, it can greatly reduce the moisture content, save the cost of drying and improve yield (the yield means that if the pomace has low moisture content, the juice yield will be high when producing juice).
3. It can reduce the consumption of operating power, because in the later period of filtering, the flow is little and the pressure is high.
4. The dryness of the mud cake is increased and the moisture content is reduced. Then the static filtering finished filter cake will be pressed for the second time by membrane filter press. This can rearrange the structure of filter cake and increase the density to displace part of the liquid moisture and increase the dryness.
5. The membrane filter plate is produced by highly processed rubber or PPE elastomer with high intensity, high press pressure and firmness to work for hundreds and thousands of times.
