Fine Filtration Stainless Steel Filter Press
Product description
The fine filtration stainless steel filter press is a precise liquid filter press. The filter press is mirror polished. It adopts filter cloth and filter membrane for filtering. It has additional sealing strip and stainless steel pump. It uses pump to send the suspension into each enclosed chamber of the filter press. Then the filtrate passes through the filter layer and filter membrane or some other filter material and then will be discharged through the liquid outlet under pressure. While the filter residue will be kept inside the filter plate to form filter cake. Thus it can accomplish solid-liquid separation.
Product application
The fine filtration stainless steel filter press can be widely used for solid-liquid separation and liquid filtering in labs, fine chemical engineering, pharmaceutical industry, extraction of traditional Chinese medicine, food industry, cosmetic industry etc.

Product features
The fine filtration stainless steel filter press has the following features:
1. It adopts pressure filtration in enclosed chamber so that there is little waste of filtrate, the filtering quality is good and the efficiency is high.
2. The filtering part consists of ten layers of filter plate so the filter area and the flow is large.
3. The filter plate is flat thread mesh so that it has the following features: no deformation and easy cleaning. It can also effectively improve the service life of various filter membrane to reduce and save production cost.
4. It is equipped with stainless steel infusion pump with small motor so that it has less power consumption. There are rubber tires under the engine base so that it has simple operation, flexible movement. Thus it is moveable and can be used at any place.
