Filter Cloth

Product description
The filter cloth is a quite important part of filter press. The working performance of the filter press largely depends on the performance of the filter cloth and its solid-liquid separation ability when there is no clogging and breakage.
1. The filer cloth can be divided into two types according to the fiber material: one type is natural fiber such as cotton, wool, silk, fibrilia; another type is chemical fiber such as dacron, nylon, polyacrylonitrile, vinylon, acrylic fiber, polyester fiber etc.
2. The yarn which forms the filter cloth can be divided into monofilament yarn, multifilament yarn and staple yarn.
3. The filter cloth made of monofilament yarn is not easy to be clogged, and it has good performance in filter cake unloading.
4. The filter cloth made of multifilament yarn has high strength of extension, good performance in filter cake unloading and good regenerability.
5. The filter cloth made of staple yarn has good separation performance of particles and remarkable sealing performance.
