Product description
The stainless steel belt filter press can be used for solid-liquid separation for material with high moisture content in order to do final treatment. It combines concentration with squeeze dewatering. It is a targeted and perfect concentrating and squeeze dewatering system with two prepressing process. It adopts variable speed motor which can control the material quantity to be treated and its moisture content to drive the filter cloth.
Product application
The stainless steel belt filter press can be widely used for material dewatering in sewage treatment plant for municipal sewage treatment, paper making, food industry, fine chemical industry, mine, dyeing and printing, electric power, metallurgy, coal etc.

Product features
The stainless steel belt filter press has the following features:
1. It adopts a special design in transitional dewatering zone: ultra-large diameter arc dehydration technique. It can gradually increases the belt pressure in order to effectively prevent the slurry from running out. Thus, the treatment amount of sludge can be greatly increased.
2. The machine rack has compact structure design. The guide roller adopts S type installation to reduce the machine size and increase dehydration effect.
3. The thickener has simple structure, low failure rate, stable running, special filter screen and remarkable pre-dehydration effect.
4. It is equipped with additional virtual roller device to guide the material to be filtered. Thus, the pre-dehydration is more stable to prevent the sludge from running out.
5. It adopts PLC control design: it can provide PLC control design according to high-end customers' requirements. The principle is that it can automatically adjust the mud loading amount and dosage according to the running speed of the main machine, thus optimizing the productivity and dehydration rate of the machine. The machine can basically carry out dehydration without manual operation.
