Product description
The chamber filter press with drip tray adopts microcomputer control, PLC, touch screen control for all the operations of the filter press such as filter plate compressing, filter plate loosening, combining and opening of the drip tray, water washing automatic filter cloth inclining and vibrating system etc. The filter press is also equipped with remote control interface to realize automatic remote control of operation. The maximum filtering pressure can be up to 0.6Mpa, so that it is suitable for drainable materials with low solid content in industries need high frequency operation.

Product features
The chamber filter press with drip tray has the following features:
1. The enhanced PP filter plate adopts mold pressing technology, so that it has the following advantages: high intensity, light weight, corrosion resistance, acid and alkali resistance, no toxicity and no smell.
2. It adopts jack for compressing and mechanical interlocking so that it has reasonable structure and convenient operation and maintenance.
3. The maximum filtering pressure is 0.6Mpa, so that it is suitable for drainable material with low solid content.
4. The rack adopts full steel welded parts so that it has stable mechanical properties and small size.
