Product description
The stainless steel filter can be divided into single pocket, dual pocket and multi-pocket filter. All the three types are enclosed and adopt pressure filtering. The complete stainless steel filter system includes three parts: filter, supporting mesh basket and filter bag. The liquid to be filtered will enter from the top of the filter bag which is supported by supporting mesh basket, thus the liquid can be evenly distributed throughout the filter surface without turbulent flow.
Product application
The stainless steel filter can be widely used for solid-liquid separation and liquid filtering in fine chemical engineering, pharmaceutical industry, extraction of Chinese traditional medicine, food industry, cosmetics industry etc.

Product features
The stainless steel filter has the following features:
1. The supporting mesh basket has high aperture ratio to ensure large flow of filtering system. The supporting mesh basket has small volume. Meanwhile, the actual using area of filter bag is increased. This can increase the service life.
2. The replacement of the filter bag is quite convenient. The flow line of the filter bag is evenly distributed so that the impurity which has been kept by the filter medium is also evenly distributed.
3. The filter bag can be equipped with specialized magnetic filter or activated carbon, diatomaceous earth to remove iron impurities and absorb organic compound.
4. The supporting mesh basket of standard specifications is suitable for all filter bags of standard sizes. Thus the filter bag has great interchangeability.
