Product description
The plate and frame filter press is a kind of mature dewatering machine. It is widely used for sludge dewatering in Europe and America. The filter plate with filtrate pathways and the filter frame of the filter press are alternately parallel arranged. Between each pair of filter plate and filter frame, there is a layer of filter cloth. Compression terminal can compress the filter plate and filter frame to form a filter chamber between them. The sludge enters from the feeding port, and the water passes through the filter plate and then being discharged from the exit of the filtrate. During this period, the sludge cake will be stored on the filter cloth. Thus it can be easily peeled off after loosen the filter plate and filter frame. It has the following advantages: simple operation, filter cake with high solid content, strong applicability.

Product features
The plate and frame filter press has the following features:
1. It can carry out deslagging through pneumatic valve to reduce labor intensity.
2. It does not need filter cloth and filter paper so that the filtering cost can be reduced.
3. The operation is fully enclosed, so that it is quite environment friendly with no material consumption.
4. The deslagging is carried out through vibration, so that it can realize continuous operation by reducing labor intensity.
5. It is the preferred equipment to be replacement of the plate and frame filter press. It can be used for filtering and dewatering of material slag and activated carbon in liquid.
