Product description
The stainless steel filter press is made of superior stainless steel 1Cr18Ni9Ti, 304 or 306 so that it is corrosion resistant and durable; the filter plate adopts thread structure; the filter medium (which can be microporous membrane, filter paper, filter cloth, plate clarifier etc.) can be changed according to the product to be filtered. The seal ring is made of silica gel and fluorine rubber which is acid and alkali resistant to prevent leakage and ensure perfect sealing property.
Product application
The stainless steel filter press can be used in the following industries:
Chemical industry: dye, pigment, vanadium powder and electrolytic manganese;
Pharmaceutical industry: antibiotics (aureomycin, erythtomycin, spiramycin, validamycin, midecamycin);
Clay: kaolin, bentonite, activated clay etc.

Product features
The stainless steel filter press has the following features:
1. It is made of 304 or 306 superior stainless steel so that it is corrosion resistant and durable.
2. It is equipped with microporous membrane. It is a relatively good equipment for activated carbon and particulate filtering in chemical industry, pharmaceutical industry and food industry. It can maintain 100% of the activated carbon. It also has large flow and is convenient to assemble and disassemble.
3. There are optional filter plates with different pore diameters to meet different filtering requirements.
4. The machine pump and input device are detachable, so that the cleaning is quite convenient.
