Product description
The automatic quick opening filter press adopts prolonged oil cylinder drive which is equipped with prolonged machine rack. It can be connected with each filter plate by stainless steel chain or slip sheet. Thus it can realize filer plate opening at the same time by the keep plate. By working together with the automatic vibration device, it can realize auxiliary unloading function by vibration for the filter plate which is equidistantly pull out, thus realizing automatic unloading.
It has the following advantages: automatic auxiliary unloading, compact structure and saving labor cost. It has the following disadvantages: the number of the filter plate should not be too much; it has targeted application range.

The automatic quick opening filter press can be widely used for concrete industry, ceramic industry, coking industry, architectural material industry etc.

Product features
The automatic quick opening filter press has the following features:
1. The girder of the machine rack which is used to support filter device is made of Q345 bridge steel. It adopts submerged arc welding. It is treated by sand blast of high speed air flow shot blasting machine. Thus the rust and oxide layer will be removed. Meanwhile, there will be craters on the surface which can enhance the adhesion of oil painting so that it will not peel off. It has the following advantages such as corrosion resistance, high strength of extension and good impact resistance.
2. The filter plate mainly adopts elastic PTE from company in Northern Europe. It is suppressed according to the unique formula of Dazhang. So it has good mechanical property, stable chemical performance, pressure resistance, heat resistance, corrosion resistance, no toxicity, light weight, smooth surface, good sealing performance, easy cleaning etc.
3. The unloading device of which the plate can be pull out rapidly after many times or at the same time can realize automatic auxiliary unloading. It has the following features: compact structure, labor saving and high degree of automation.
