Product description
The fully automatic high efficiency filter press adopts microcomputer control, PLC, touch screen control for all the operations of the filter press such as filter plate compressing, filter plate loosening, combining and opening of the drip tray, water washing etc. The filter press is also equipped with remote control interface to realize automatic remote control of operation. This fully automatic high efficiency filter press can be used for drainable materials in industries need high frequency operation.

Product features
The fully automatic high efficiency filter press has the following features:
1. The filter plate adopts PP as raw material. After being hot melted, the PP can be one step die-casting molded by adopting 4000T injection molding machine and high precision mold. It has strong pressure resistance, high sealing performance and high mechanical intensity.
2. The machine rack adopts Q345B plate material with good performance of corrosion resistance, strength of extension and impact resistance. It is also safe and stable, so that it can meet the working standard of high pressure filter plate and can thoroughly solve the problem of girder deformation of filter press.
